Job summary

OKX is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to partner with business teams as we expand across EMEA and globally. You will lead end-to-end TA delivery, architect recruiting processes, and build high-caliber pipelines for executive and specialized roles.

You will navigate diverse regional markets, advise leadership on salary benchmarks, and collaborate with People Operations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role in fintech.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-lifecycle talent acquisition for fast-growth fintech/financial services.
• Proven ability to lead senior-level hiring initiatives and executive search.
• Strong sourcing strategies and market intelligence across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and lead end-to-end TA strategies across key functions.
