Job summary

OKX Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to partner with our core business teams as we expand across EMEA and globally. You will architect hiring processes, lead executive recruiting, and optimize end-to-end delivery while collaborating closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition.

You will navigate regional markets, leverage market intel, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience, balancing speed with quality in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in full-lifecycle talent acquisition in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record closing senior passive talent in finance/fintech.
• Deep knowledge of EMEA hiring practices, regulations, and frameworks.
• Strong data fluency: recruiting metrics, funnel analytics, market intel.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies across functions.
• Build proactive sourcing campaigns to engage top-tier talent globally and in EMEA.
• Navigate regional hiring dynamics and manage notice periods and candidate expectations.
• Provide talent intelligence and advisory to leadership on market trends and salary benchmarks.
• Articulate OKX's EVP to attract traditional finance and Web3 talent.
• Direct senior-level offer formulations and negotiate equity/token incentives.
• Coach hiring managers on structured interviews and candidate experience.
