• Proven track record managing a large book of business and renewals.
• Ability to negotiate complex deals with procurement, legal and finance teams.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise deadlines.
• Experience with Salesforce; Gainsight is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end renewal process for 150+ enterprise customers.
• Build renewal strategies with CS and AE to drive on-time renewal and growth.
• Close multi-year renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
• Negotiate terms with customers’ procurement, legal and finance teams.
• Prepare proposals, renewal rate calculations and contracts.
• Maintain a 4-month rolling forecast in Salesforce and report to senior management.
