Job summary

Coursera in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Renewals Manager to own a portfolio of 150+ enterprise renewals across the EMEA region, collaborating with Customer Success, Account Executives, Finance and Legal to maximize retention and growth.

You will manage end-to-end renewal strategy, negotiate terms, and drive multi-year commitments while maintaining strong client relationships and accurate forecasting.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of B2B SaaS renewals experience working with enterprise customers.
• Proven track record managing a large book of business, closing renewals and driving growth with Sales colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex deals and navigate contract and budget processes while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail with the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines.
• Experience with Salesforce (Gainsight is a plus).
• Experience working across teams in fast-paced environments and helping build scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of 150+ enterprise customers, from planning to contract execution.
• Build renewal strategies with the Customer Success Manager and Account Executive for each client, engaging customers early to drive on-time renewal and growth.
• Close multi-year subscriptions and identify upsell opportunities alongside Customer Success and Account Executives.
• Negotiate terms directly with customers’ procurement, legal and finance teams, and spot at-risk accounts early to retain them.
• Prepare proposals, renewal rate calculations and contracts, working with Finance and Legal to make sure everything is accurate and in line with company policy.
• Maintain a 4-month rolling forecast in Salesforce and report to senior management on goal attainment, with recommended course corrections
