Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–6 years in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or logistics tech sales.
• Proven track record of acquiring new business and hitting revenue targets.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end consultative sales cycles with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition in the EMEA region.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through proactive development.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and closure.
• Develop relationships with senior decision-makers for Tookan as the preferred logistics solution.
• Maintain forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, and CRM hygiene.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
