Job summary

Datahash is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive for UAE and KSA (Arabic-speaking). You will own enterprise pursuits in the Gulf, managing named accounts and quarterly reviews, with deals ranging from 30K to 250K in annual value over four-to-six-month cycles.

Role involves multi-stakeholder selling across UAE and Saudi Arabia, collaboration with partners like Google and Meta, and monthly travel to Riyadh. You will lead SYNAPSE design discussions with the product team.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years selling enterprise software or data and measurement solutions in the UAE and Saudi Arabia with named-account wins.
• Native or business-fluent Arabic and fluent English; able to run discovery calls and negotiations in both.
• Understanding of digital marketing data: pixels, conversions APIs, server-side tracking, CRM and e-comm integrations.
• Comfort with technical, multi-stakeholder sales involving marketing, data and engineering buyers.
• Disciplined CRM habits and daily use of AI tools for research, preparation and drafting.
• Willingness to travel within the Gulf regularly.

Responsibilities

• Pursue eight concurrent enterprise pursuits from first meeting to signature: discovery, solution, proposal, procurement and legal, with delivery and legal support.
• Expand quarterly business reviews for top Gulf accounts with delivery, and convert value into expansion and multi-year terms.
• Be present: spend time in Riyadh monthly until KS A seat is filled; represent Datahash at Gulf partner and client events.
• Lead Gulf design-partner conversations for SYNAPSE with founder and product team.
• Keep CRM current on every pursuit, conversation logged, next steps dated.
