Datahash in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Sales Lead for EMEA and MENA (Player-Coach). This senior role leads eight to nine sellers across Google implementation, enterprise AEs, inside sales, and a programme coordinator, driving growth and coaching front-line managers.

You will own bookings, manage the desk, coach pursuits, and build a repeatable playbook. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years in B2B enterprise sales with at least three years managing sellers directly.
• Record of carrying and hitting a personal quota while managing a team in the Gulf or wider EMEA.
• Fluency in partner-led selling with Google/Meta or similar platform teams.
• Working knowledge of first-party data, conversions APIs, tagging and measurement.
• Disciplined use of CRM and dashboards; data-driven management.
• Comfort using AI tools daily for research, preparation, drafting and analysis.
• Excellent English; Arabic is a strong advantage for the Gulf.

Responsibilities

• Own the number: bookings target for named Tier-A accounts and team, reviewed weekly.
• Run the desk: manage Google implementation desk and enterprise AEs, pipeline reviews by exception.
• Coach in the room: lead pursuits with senior presence, hand relationships back to delivery.
• Build the playbook: create repeatable wins: discovery, pitch, proposal, procurement.
• Grow the people: weekly 1:1s, quarterly development plans, hiring bar on offers.
