Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in business management, marketing, or market development in medical devices/healthcare.
• Experience leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams in a complex matrix organization.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with planning, forecasting, and resource allocation skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus; willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional and country leadership to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Develop and execute the EMEA RLM ICT business strategy across Structural Heart, Coronary, and Renal Denervation.
• Translate global strategies into actionable regional plans with regional teams.
• Monitor performance, dynamics, and KPIs; lead ICT planning and forecasting with finance.
• Drive commercial excellence across product launches and market-access programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to advance regional priorities in marketing, sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and supply chain.
• Build relationships with regional advocates and key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
• Support development and engagement of regional Key Opinion Leaders and centers of excellence.
• Align regional ICT strategies with other Cardiovascular OUs and global operating units.
• Promote coordinated execution and accountability for ICT priorities and performance.
• Share best practices across TURMECA, ACEE, other markets, and global ICT forums.
• Develop business cases and resource allocations for strategic investments and new growth initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team fostering accountability and high performance.
