Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an experienced Commercial Excellence & Operations Director to drive transformation and operational governance across Emerging EMEA, including the Middle East and Africa. You will lead sales enablement, analytics, and indirect channel management to accelerate revenue and improve execution, with regional and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales enablement, commercial excellence and operations or related functions within complex global organizations.
• Minimum of 7 years of people management experience.
• Demonstrated success designing and implementing sales training programs, competency frameworks and enablement strategies.
• Strong background in sales incentive design, analytics and performance management.
• Proven ability to develop and interpret complex business analytics dashboards and performance metrics.
• Experience managing indirect channels or partner enablement programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Enablement, building competency training programs and incentive strategies aligned with commercial goals.
• Develop StartUp training curricula for rapid ramp-up of new salespeople.
• Create competency frameworks for all sales roles and experience levels.
• Oversee analytics and governance to ensure consistent regional execution.
• Manage indirect channel partner enablement programs and partner relationships to drive revenue.
