Job summary

Medtronic plc seeks a Sr. Business Manager for ICT in the EMEA region to drive growth and strategic initiatives across Region-Led Markets. You will partner with regional leaders and global ICT units to accelerate adoption of therapies, plan launches, and ensure sustainable regional performance.

The role requires extensive cross-functional leadership, market development, and strong financial acumen. Travel internationally as needed to align country plans with global strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in people-management.
• Experience in business management, marketing, commercial strategy, or market development within the medical devices/healthcare industry.
• Ability to lead cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams in a complex matrix organization.
• Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive ICT regional business strategy across Structural Heart, Coronary, and Renal Denervation for EMEA Region-Led Markets.
• Translate global portfolio strategies into regional plans by partnering with EMEA RLM SME and commercial teams.
• Monitor performance, forecast, and lead ICT planning with finance and commercial teams.
• Drive product launches, market-access programs, and physician engagement across the region.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to advance regional priorities and allocate resources.
• Build relationships with regional stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop regional key opinion leaders and centers of excellence.
• Represent EMEA RLM in global ICT forums and align with global strategies.
