Job summary

Nexus Insurance Brokers Ltd. in Dubai seeks an experienced HNW Relationship Manager for the Private Clients Division to manage high net worth clients' general insurance needs.

You will build and service an HNW portfolio, handle adviser queries, coordinate quotations through to policy implementation and ongoing servicing, and collaborate with insurance partners to deliver bespoke solutions. Strong communication, Excel/Outlook skills, and 5–8 years' HNW experience are required; CII certification

Qualifications

• 5–8 years experience in an HNW servicing role in the insurance industry (General Insurance Lines)
• Underwriting, policy implementation & claims management experience
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• CII certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Build an HNW portfolio through existing clients and connections
• Handle and resolve queries raised by financial advisers and HNW clients
• Provide HNW clients with insurance solutions from quotation to policy implementation
• Service a portfolio of HNW clients: renewal, claims, endorsements, premium payment collection and more
• Interact with insurance partners and HNW clients to ensure the best service
• Maintain HNW client and policy data securely in our internal system
• Demonstrate a can-do mindset and professional attitude is mandatory
