Job summary

Gateway in Dubai seeks a Sales Relationship Manager for a leading Asset Management firm at DIFC. You will build and maintain long-term relationships with HNW & UHNW clients, understand their financial needs, and drive growth in assets under management while delivering high-quality service.

The role requires a proven wealth management track record, strong networking and communication skills, and fluency in English. CFA/CFP credentials are a plus and additional languages are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in private banking, asset/wealth management and relationships with HNW/UHNW clients.
• Proven ability to generate growth in AUM and revenue while delivering high‑quality service.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, markets and wealth management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; English fluency required; other languages a plus.
• Ability to manage client portfolios with KYC/AML compliance familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with HNW & UHNW clients.
• Generate growth in AUM and revenue while meeting financial targets and maintaining service quality.
• Acquire new clients and advise on investment needs in compliance with DFSA rules.
• Define strategies to grow client portfolios using firm products and capabilities.
• Collaborate with team on commercial and investment initiatives while maintaining compliance.
• Perform KYC/AML reviews and periodic due diligence as first line of defence.
