Job summary

Century Financial is seeking a Relationship Manager in Dubai to leverage deep knowledge of financial markets and drive onboarding of high-net-worth clients. The role requires proactive client engagement, risk assessment, and strategic growth through referrals and partnerships.

You will manage premium client services, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and participate in events to expand the client base, including after-hours commitments.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of sales experience in financial/banking/insurance industry.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of financial markets.
• CISI and SCA certification desirable but not mandatory; all candidates will be required after joining.

Responsibilities

• Enhance Capital Markets knowledge through continuous self-learning and training provided by the company.
• Ensure allocated clients are contacted regularly and managed effectively via telephone or in-person to justify the value of the Premium service.
• Grow the client base through existing client network via referrals.
• Conduct detailed risk assessment and suitability assessment of clients and offer products aligned to risk profile.
• Proactively entertain clients and prospects at events and meetings, including after-hours commitments.
• Understand and specify needs of high-value clients and offer tailored support.
• Liaise with client-facing teams to ensure high standard of client services.
• Drive business acquisition through referrals, networking, and channel partnerships.
• Formulate sales plans to acquire new HNI customers and grow customer base.
• Conduct risk profiling of mapped clients for better advisory on investment and trading requirements.
• Ensure need-based product approach toward clients.
• Comply with the company’s Ethics & Code of Conduct policies.
