Job summary

Century Financial in the United Arab Emirates seeks a seasoned Relationship Manager to onboard high-net-worth clients and manage their equity balances with a premium service approach.

You will build deep market knowledge, conduct risk and suitability assessments, and drive growth through referrals and channel partnerships while coordinating with client-facing teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of sales experience in Financial/Banking/Insurance industries.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of financial markets.
• CISI and SCA Certification are desirable but not mandatory; eventually all candidates will be required after joining.
• UAE experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Acquire preferred HNI & UHNI clients.
• Enhance Capital Markets knowledge through continuous self-learning and company-provided training.
• Ensure allocated clients are regularly contacted and engaged to justify the Premium service value.
• Grow the client base through referrals and existing networks.
• Conduct risk assessment and suitability assessments; offer aligned products.
• Engage with clients at events and meetings, including after-hours commitments.
• Understand client needs and preferences of high-value clients and offer tailored support.
• Liaise with client-facing teams to maintain high service standards.
• Drive business through reference, networking, and channel partnerships.
• Formulate sales plans to acquire new HNI customers and expand the client base.
• Conduct risk profiling for advisory on investments and trading requirements.
• Apply need-based product approaches and comply with Ethics & Code of Conduct.
