Job summary

Manpower Middle East is seeking a senior private banker to manage UHNW client relationships from the Dubai DIFC. You will coordinate across private markets, SPVs, and OCIO, delivering sophisticated wealth solutions with discretion and fiduciary care.

The role targets professionals with a long track record in private banking, strong market knowledge, and regulatory qualifications; GCC residency or relocation to Dubai is preferred. A top-tier platform supports a broad client offering.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a private banker or wealth advisor to UHNW clients
• Established base of private client assets and a proven ability to grow relationships
• Strong knowledge of investments, banking, credit products, and market conditions
• Regulatory qualifications and good standing (DFSA or equivalent an advantage)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship holder and trusted advisor for a portfolio of UHNW, family office, and HNW clients in the Dubai DIFC.
• Develop and implement tailored wealth strategies that deepen and expand each relationship.
• Introduce clients to the full breadth of the platform including private markets, SPVs, and OCIO offerings.
• Collaborate with the in‑house investment team to construct portfolios across public and private markets.
• Communicate complex investment concepts clearly and maintain discretion and fiduciary care.
