Job summary

RAKBANK is seeking a Relationship Manager – Elite Banking to acquire, manage, and grow relationships with affluent clients. You will deliver tailored wealth and lending solutions while driving portfolio growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Reporting to the VP & Team Manager – Elite Banking, you will work with internal stakeholders to maximize cross-sell opportunities and stay informed on market trends to provide informed guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in Relationship/Wealth Management or related.
• CISI Level 3, ICWIM or UAE rules and regulations or SCA certified.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients across liabilities, assets, investments, and revenue.
• Drive new-to-bank client acquisition through networking, referrals, corporate engagements, and events.
• Deepen existing client relationships by increasing share of wallet with wealth, investment, protection, and lending solutions.
• Provide advisory-led financial solutions across deposits, mutual funds, fixed income products, structured investments, and treasury/FX.
• Identify and generate lending opportunities, including mortgages and secured facilities.
• Maintain highest standards of customer service, governance, KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance.
