Job summary

RAKBANK is seeking a Client Services Associate – Elite Banking to deliver seamless service to Elite customers. You will support onboarding, product fulfilment, and portfolio management while collaborating with Relationship Managers and internal teams to uphold top-tier customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in retail or priority banking, strong KYC/AML knowledge, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Banking, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in Retail Banking, Priority Banking, Wealth Management Support, Customer Service, or Relationship Management Support.
• Experience serving affluent, priority, or high-net-worth customers is advantageous.
• Knowledge of KYC, AML, investments, bancassurance, and wealth management solutions.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in digital banking platforms and customer servicing systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary service support contact for Elite Banking customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer requests and enquiries.
• Support Relationship Managers in managing customer portfolios and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Process customer requests including account servicing, credit card applications, product fulfilment, maintenance requests, and other banking services.
• Facilitate smooth customer onboarding by ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote digital banking channels and assist customers in adopting self-service banking solutions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships through referrals and cross-selling of banking, wealth, insurance, mortgage, and investment products.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support functions to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor service requests and complaints to ensure resolution within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in compliance with KYC, AML, regulatory, and internal control requirements.
• Escalate operational risks, service issues, and customer concerns appropriately to ensure a superior customer experience.
