Job summary

Otis L.L.C. on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai seeks a Technical Support Engineer to support modernization elevator projects from requirements review through order release.

You will coordinate with Sales, Field Operations, and Factory teams to ensure timely, accurate releases and maintain documentation across projects. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field and have 3+ years in the elevator industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of elevator industry experience, preferably modernization, engineering, manufacturing, or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Review MOD elevator projects and prepare them for Release for Manufacturing (RFM).
• Verify technical specifications, layouts and configurations for compliance with customer requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Field Operations, Engineering and Factory teams to resolve issues impacting order release.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure timely RFM activities.
• Manage project documentation, deviations, approvals and design changes.
