Job summary

Lift Mart in Dubai is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to back the sales team with expert product demonstrations, customer inquiries, and issue resolution for our elevator solutions.

You will develop deep product knowledge, prepare technical documentation, and collaborate with engineering to drive improvements while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical support, sales support, or related field, preferably in the elevator industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of elevator products, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Auto CAD

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team, including product demonstrations and troubleshooting.
• Develop deep knowledge of the company’s elevator products, including features, benefits, and specifications.
• Assist the sales team in preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide technical guidance throughout the sales process.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including product manuals, specifications, and compliance statements.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay feedback for product improvements.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage multiple projects and priorities.
