Otis L.L.C. in Dubai is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support the release of modernization elevator projects for manufacturing.

You will review project requirements, verify technical specs, and coordinate with Sales, Field Operations, Engineering, and Factory teams to ensure timely order releases. The role requires a strong engineering background, familiarity with elevator systems, and excellent communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline relevant to elevators or similar systems.
• Minimum 3 years in elevator modernization, engineering, manufacturing, or project coordination.
• Strong understanding of elevator systems, components, layouts, and installation needs.

Responsabilités

• Review modernization elevator projects and prepare them for Release for Manufacturing (RFM).
• Verify technical specifications, layouts and configurations for customer and company standards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Field Operations, Engineering and Factory to resolve issues affecting order release.
• Monitor milestones and ensure timely completion of RFM activities.
• Maintain project documentation, deviations, approvals and design changes.
• Support factory inquiries and clarify project requirements when needed.
• Identify risks and drive corrective actions to prevent manufacturing issues.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
