Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/civil engineering.
• 3+ years in elevator modernization, engineering, manufacturing or project coordination.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Review modernization (MOD) elevator projects and prepare them for Release for Manufacturing (RFM).
• Verify technical specifications, layouts, and configurations to ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Field Operations, Engineering, and Factory teams to resolve technical and commercial issues impacting order release.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion of RFM activities.
• Manage and track project documentation, deviations, approvals, and design changes.
• Support factory inquiries and provide clarification on project requirements when required.
• Identify risks, discrepancies, and potential manufacturing issues and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
