Qualifications

• 2–5 years of reception/front desk experience in medical/aesthetic environments.
• Experience in aesthetic/dermatology clinics or hospitals preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with clinic management, appointment booking, CRM or EMR systems preferred.
• Customer-service oriented with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic reception and front-desk operations.
• Welcome and assist patients professionally.
• Handle calls, WhatsApp, emails, and patient requests.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and coordinate appointments.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, therapists and clinic management.
• Maintain patient and appointment records.
• Explain basic procedures and appointment information.
• Coordinate patient flow between reception and treatment areas.
• Handle payments and basic billing coordination.
• Follow up with patients about appointments.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with UAE healthcare standards.
• Support general administrative tasks.
