Job summary

Euro Staffs is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Clinic Receptionist in Dubai to deliver a polished guest experience. You will manage client intake, scheduling, beverage service, and smooth front-desk operations in a luxury medical spa setting.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, processing payments, maintaining records, and coordinating with clinicians to ensure on-time appointments. A2+ years in high-end hospitality or aesthetics preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years front desk or reception experience in aesthetics or luxury hospitality.
• Proficiency with clinic scheduling software and basic MS Office/Google.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask and maintain discretion with client records.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide a warm, professional welcome.
• Prepare and serve premium beverages to guests.
• Maintain a spotless, elegant reception lobby and beverage station.
• Guide clients to consult rooms and notify practitioners of arrivals.
• Register new clients and create accurate electronic health records (EHR/EMR).
• Manage appointments: book, reschedule, confirm via phone/email/online systems.
• Answer calls, respond to emails, and answer treatment questions.
• Process payments, issue invoices, and balance daily register.
• Maintain confidentiality with client records and privacy regulations.
• Support clinic operations and product displays for skincare lines.
• Track supplies and submit reorders as needed.
• Coordinate with medical staff and management for smooth flow.
