Qualifications

• > Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Receptionist in an aesthetic clinic or salon, dermatology clinic, cosmetic clinic, dental clinic, or healthcare facility is preferred.
• > Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
• > Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• > Welcome and assist patients in a warm courteous and professional manner.
• > Manage appointment scheduling confirmations and follow-ups.
• > Answer phone calls WhatsApp messages and patient inquiries promptly.
