Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce operations, data entry, or product upload management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large data sets accurately.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and content management systems (CMS).
• Good coordination and communication skills to liaise between multiple teams.
• Basic understanding of photography, product attributes, and categorization processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with brand teams to receive product lists and ensure timely submission to the studio for photography.
• Gather, validate, and organize product details including names, attributes, pricing, and descriptions before upload.
• Verify product categorization, image quality, and data accuracy prior to publishing online.
• Manage product photo reshoot requests and ensure prompt completion in coordination with studio teams.
• Oversee sample tracking between brand, inventory, and studio departments to meet upload deadlines.
• Maintain and monitor the studio schedule to ensure consistent content flow.
• Assist the Buyer and Merchandising Manager in preparing product and upload performance reports.
• Support the overall ecommerce team by ensuring product listings meet brand guidelines and platform standards.
