• Execution of content uploads across Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle websites and mobile applications, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
• Maintain and manage dynamic studio tracking sheets for real-time data accuracy.
• Coordinate product samples for photoshoots with warehouse team to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure precise linking of product imagery with product data across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with Online Merchandisers to optimize category pages and highlight key products and trends.
• Coordinate with suppliers and buying team to enrich product content across digital channels.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports of online KPIs for data analysis.
• Understand customer trends to optimize the online customer journey.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Online Merchandising Specialist will be responsible for the digital customer journey by supporting the online merchandising team with essential omni operational tasks. This role ensures the smooth execution of online trade activities, contributing to an optimized and engaging e-commerce experience.

ROLE PROFILE

• Execution of content uploads across Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle websites and mobile applications, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.


• Maintain and manage dynamic studio tracking sheets to ensure real-time data accuracy for cross-functional visibility and operational efficiency.


• Manage and coordinate product samples for photoshoots by analyzing item lists and collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery.


• Ensure precise linking of product imagery with corresponding product data to guarantee accurate representation across digital platforms.


• Collaborate closely with Online Merchandisers to optimize category pages, ensuring key products, trends, and stories are effectively highlighted to drive engagement and conversion.


• Coordinate with suppliers and the buying team to collect and enrich product content, enabling comprehensive brand and product representation on all digital channels.


• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports of the online KPIs to support data analysis.


• Ensure an understanding of customer trends and requirements to offer an optimal online customer journey.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
