Job summary

Ecomma in Dubai seeks an Ecommerce Performance & Trading Manager to own end-to-end performance across 6–8 brands for Europe, the USA and UAE. You will drive revenue, profitability and growth with Meta Ads and Google Ads as the core channels, leading a 5–6 person team and coordinating internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Role requires ownership of P&L across multiple brands and end-to-end ecommerce performance.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads as primary acquisition channels.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting and KPIs across several markets.
• Proven ability to lead a cross-functional team and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L across 6–8 brands, manage revenue, gross margin and EBITDA.
• Lead Meta and Google Ads, review campaigns and scale spend profitably.
• Oversee ecommerce trading, promotions, pricing and onsite merchandising.
• Act as primary client contact, nurture relationships and present performance.
• Coordinate internal teams, agencies and partners to deliver objectives.
• Oversee inventory-held and dropship operations and customer experience.
