Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead online strategy, manage the P&L, and optimize profitable growth across our digital storefronts.

You will leverage data insights, lead performance marketing, and oversee online merchandising, site optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and agencies to deliver a world‑class customer experience in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in eCommerce management with expertise in performance marketing, merchandising and P&L management.
• Data-driven decision maker with experience in web analytics and managing eCommerce performance dashboards.
• Expertise in product management and cross-functional team collaboration to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual eCommerce strategy and budget in collaboration with senior eCommerce and Brand leaders.
• Own the online P&L and optimize product pricing, promotions and site performance.
• Oversee online merchandising, site categorization, tagging, search and content updates.
• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive traffic and conversions.
• Drive omnichannel initiatives and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and agencies.
