Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Manager - Operations for MAF Retail in the UAE to oversee day-to-day e-commerce fulfillment, coordinate with last mile teams, and ensure on-time delivery and order accuracy across dark stores. You will drive process improvements, monitor stock adequacy, and collaborate with IT, HO E-merchandise, and services teams to keep P&L aligned with budget.

The role demands 5–8 years in logistics, a Bachelor's in E-commerce or business, and a track record in e-commerce

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce or Business Administration.
5 to 8 years of professional work experience in logistics and supply chain.
E-commerce Fulfillment and Last Mile Experience.
Retail experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

Manage all e-commerce fulfilment operation centers including coordination with last mile team.
Ensure all orders are delivered on time and handed over to Last Mile team on time.
Monitor and assure proper arrangement of all dark stores and stock adequacy.
Coordinate operations with commercial, IT, HO E-merchandise and HO Services teams.
Manage ecommerce operations in compliance with Majid Al Futtaim policies.
Identify and solve logistics, operations and system process hurdles.
Ensure QC audits for delivery quantities are implemented.
Monitor attendance, performance, and budget compliance.
