Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services in the UAE seeks a skilled E-commerce Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day e-commerce activities and drive growth across platforms.

You will oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, online orders and stock levels, while analyzing performance data to uncover opportunities and coordinate with internal teams and partners for smooth order fulfilment and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field.
• 3+ years FMCG experience in food or non-food products is mandatory
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online sales, and digital operations.
