Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an E-Commerce Manager for a leading UAE-based FMCG distributor in Sharjah. You will manage daily e-commerce operations, oversee listings, pricing, promotions, and online orders, while driving growth through data analysis and cross-functional coordination.

The role requires 3+ years FMCG experience in food or non-food products, a solid grasp of e-commerce platforms, and strong analytical and communication skills. On-site position in Sharjah, UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 3+ years FMCG experience in food or non-food products is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online sales, and digital operations.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day e-commerce operations and lead the e-commerce team.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, online orders, and product availability across e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor online sales performance and analyse e-commerce data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams and e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth operations, order fulfilment, and customer service.
