Hurshid Halit fze is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to build and scale our UAE online business. This hands-on role covers product research, sourcing, listings, pricing, and marketplace management across Amazon UAE, Noon, and other channels.

The ideal candidate will personally own the end-to-end process from product research and supplier sourcing to listing optimization, promotions, and profitability tracking.

Qualifications

Experience building a UAE e-commerce business is essential.
Hands-on experience with Amazon UAE and Noon marketplaces.
Strong supplier network development and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to launch, optimize, and scale profitable listings.
Deep understanding of FMCG, skincare, personal care products.
Knowledge of pricing, promotions, and profitability analysis.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven E-Commerce Manager to build and develop our e-commerce business in the UAE.

This is a hands-on, business-building role covering the complete e-commerce cycle — from identifying the right products and suppliers to launching, selling and scaling them profitably.

Key Responsibilities

Product Research & Sourcing
Research and identify high-potential products for the UAE market.
Focus initially on FMCG, skincare, beauty, personal care and other consumer products.
Identify and evaluate suppliers locally and internationally.
Compare product costs, quality, minimum order quantities, shipping and overall landed costs.
Analyse market demand, competition, pricing and potential profitability.
Amazon & Marketplace Management
Develop and manage sales through Amazon UAE, Noon and other relevant marketplaces.
Launch and optimise new products and listings.
Manage pricing, promotions, product content and marketplace performance.
Monitor competitors, customer feedback, reviews and sales trends.
Inventory & Fulfilment
Develop appropriate inventory and replenishment strategies.
Evaluate Amazon FBA, Noon fulfilment, 3PL, warehouses and other fulfilment options.
Ensure efficient stock management while minimising overstock and stock-outs.
Marketing & Sales
Develop and manage marketplace advertising and PPC campaigns.
Monitor advertising performance and optimise spending.
Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve margins and grow successful products.
Business Development
Identify opportunities for wholesale, private label, distribution and additional online sales channels.
Research new product categories and potential suppliers.
Evaluate the potential for future physical retail or showroom opportunities.
Develop strategies to build a scalable and profitable e-commerce operation.
Profitability & Performance
Analyse the complete cost of each product, including sourcing, shipping, marketplace fees, storage and advertising.
Monitor product-level profitability and overall business performance.
Recommend which products should be tested, scaled, reordered or discontinued.
Work closely with management on purchasing and growth decisions.
