Job summary

Nano Professional is seeking an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage and grow online sales channels in the UAE. The role covers Amazon, Noon, and Shopify, including listings, catalog management, inventory, orders, and promotions, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across marketplaces, strong Excel skills for reporting, and familiarity with campaign launches. English communication is essential for cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in an E-commerce Executive or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Noon, and Shopify is required.
• Strong knowledge of product listing, catalogue management, variations, inventory, orders, returns, and marketplace operations.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Noon, and Shopify.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings, variations, titles, descriptions, images, and product information.
• Manage product catalogues, pricing, stock availability, promotions, and discounts.
• Monitor and process online orders, returns, refunds, and cancellations.
• Monitor listing issues, suppressed products, account health, and marketplace errors and resolve them promptly.
• Coordinate inventory and fulfilment requirements, including FBA/FBM and Noon fulfilment operations.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Amazon, Noon, and Shopify, including product listings, catalogue management, inventory, orders, promotions, and overall marketplace operations.Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Noon, and Shopify.- Create, update, and optimize product listings, variations, titles, descriptions, images, and product information.- Manage product catalogues, pricing, stock availability, promotions, and discounts.- Monitor and process online orders, returns, refunds, and cancellations.- Handle Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab operations.- Manage Shopify products, collections, inventory, pricing, and website updates.- Monitor listing issues, suppressed products, account health, and marketplace errors and resolve them promptly.- Coordinate inventory and fulfilment requirements, including FBA/FBM and Noon fulfilment operations.- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular e-commerce reports.- Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, sales, and design teams for campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.- Monitor competitor pricing, marketplace trends, and online product performance.- Ensure all product information and pricing remain accurate and consistent across platforms.

- Previous experience in an E-commerce Executive or similar role is required.- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Noon, and Shopify is required.- Strong knowledge of product listing, catalogue management, variations, inventory, orders, returns, and marketplace operations.- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab.- Good knowledge of Shopify store management.- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and e-commerce reporting.- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage multiple online platforms and tasks independently.- Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, nail care, salon, or personal care industry is preferred.- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
