Job summary

L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty in UAE is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to drive growth across regional pure players and export markets. You will lead joint business planning, negotiate contracts, and own the end-to-end P&L to deliver net sales and margin.

You’ll define promos, coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and digital teams, and optimize digital shelf, ROAS, and inventory health. A strong track record in e-retail, retail media, and cross-functional leadership is required to build

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Joint Business Planning, contract terms, and margin management with retailers.
• Strong command of P&L drivers, promotions ROI, and pricing corridors.
• Practical grasp of platform search, digital shelf optimization, and performance marketing.
• Experience in collaborative forecasting and resolving supply constraints to protect stock.
• Ability to align multi-functional teams across sales, marketing and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead Joint Business Planning with key accounts like Amazon MENA.
• Own account P&L end-to-end and optimize sales and margins.
• Define promotional strategies and discount corridors to protect brand equity.
• Direct retail media investments to optimize ROAS and shopper acquisition.
• Partner with Supply Chain to forecast demand and manage inventory health.
• Guide digital shelf execution and improve search visibility and conversions.
