L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty UAE is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to lead Joint Business Planning with key online partners and own end-to-end P&L, pricing, and promotions. You will drive digital shelf excellence, retail media, and demand planning in a fast-growing GCC market.

Candidate will collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain to safeguard stock, optimize ROAS, and accelerate e-retail growth across platforms. The role is based in Dubai and focuses on flagship beauty brands.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading Joint Business Planning with key accounts.
• Strong P&L, financial acumen, and pricing strategy.
• Experience optimizing digital shelf, search, and ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead JBP and negotiations with Amazon MENA and other pure players.
• Own end-to-end account P&L and sell-in/sell-out performance.
• Define promotions and discount corridors to protect brand equity.
• Direct retail media investments to optimise ROAS and shopper acquisition.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to forecast demand and protect stock.
• Guide digital shelf execution and content quality.
