Job summary

Al Tayer Group is seeking an E-Commerce Fulfilment Manager for a 1-year fixed-term contract in Dubai. You will lead the end-to-end fulfillment center, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping, while maintaining inventory accuracy and cost control.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, drive KPI improvements and support customer experience through timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in supply chain, logistics or related field.
• +5 years in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics leadership roles.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems; proven leadership of warehouse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment center operations: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and balance stock levels with planning teams.
• Drive SOPs, KPIs, and continuous improvement; support capex justifications.
