Job summary

Al Tayer Group's e-commerce fulfilment arm seeks a Senior E-Commerce Fulfilment Manager on a 1-year fixed-term contract to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, drive accuracy and efficiency, and lead a high-performing team across receiving, picking, packing and shipping.

You will coordinate with planning, Buying, and IT to ensure stock availability for online channels, optimize processes, and control costs while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
• +5 years in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics management, ideally e-commerce.
• Experience with WMS/ERP and strong KPI analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce fulfillment center operations: receiving, picking, packing, shipping.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, and manage stock in replenishment planning.
• Lead warehouse teams, schedule shifts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align inventory with promotions and launches.
