Job summary

Al Tayer Group is seeking an E-Commerce Fulfilment Manager for a 1-year fixed-term contract in Dubai. You will oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping while maintaining high inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction.

You will lead warehouse teams, optimize processes, and control costs, coordinating with e-commerce, supply chain, finance, and IT to support growth and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• +5 years in warehouse/fulfillment or logistics management, e-commerce preferred.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce fulfillment center operations: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately within SLAs and coordinate inbound/outbound logistics.
• Manage capacity planning to meet peak and off-peak demand and optimize stock levels.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams and shift schedules.
• Document SOPs, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory with promotions and launches.
