Job summary

Nano Professional is seeking an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage and grow online sales channels in the UAE. The role covers Amazon, Noon, and Shopify, including listings, catalog management, inventory, orders, and promotions, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across marketplaces, strong Excel skills for reporting, and familiarity with campaign launches. English communication is essential for cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

Experience in an E-commerce Executive or similar role.
Hands-on experience with Amazon, Noon, and Shopify is required.
Strong knowledge of product listing, catalogue management, variations, inventory, orders, returns, and marketplace operations.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Noon, and Shopify.
Create, update, and optimize product listings, variations, titles, descriptions, images, and product information.
Manage product catalogues, pricing, stock availability, promotions, and discounts.
Monitor and process online orders, returns, refunds, and cancellations.
Monitor listing issues, suppressed products, account health, and marketplace errors and resolve them promptly.
Coordinate inventory and fulfilment requirements, including FBA/FBM and Noon fulfilment operations.
