Job summary

Phone Store Mobile Phone TR L.L.C. SP seeks an experienced E-commerce Accounts Specialist to manage Amazon and Noon seller accounts daily, optimizing listings and campaigns to maximize sales and profitability.

You will monitor pricing, stock levels, and performance metrics, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure healthy account status and timely fulfillment within UAE operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on experience selling on Amazon and/or Noon.
• Knowledge of Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab.
• Proficient in Excel for bulk uploads and inventory management.
• Fluent written English for listings and customer replies.
• UAE-based with valid visa and immediate availability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Amazon and Noon seller accounts day to day.
• Create product listings with titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ content.
• Monitor pricing, Buy Box position and competitor activity; adjust to stay competitive.
• Manage stock levels; FBA, FBN shipments and Noon fulfilment to avoid stock-outs.
• Run and optimise Sponsored Products campaigns; track ACOS and ROAS.
• Handle customer questions, returns, A-to-Z claims and account health metrics.
• Resolve listing suppressions, category approvals and case escalations with Seller Support.
• Report weekly on sales, best-sellers and slow movers.

Minimum 1–2 years hands-on experience selling on Amazon and/or Noon (essential — please do not apply without it) Working knowledge of Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab Comfortable with Excel for bulk uploads and inventory files Good written English for listing copy and customer replies Understanding of consumer electronics is an advantage Currently in the UAE with a valid visa; able to join immediately Self-starter who can own the accounts without daily supervision
