• Knowledge of ADIB’s Operational Policies & Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process teller counter service transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals in line with policies and timelines.
• Cross-sell or refer product inquiries to Sales staff as appropriate.
• Assist with branch vault cash and security stationery custodianship and daily cash reconciliation.
• Be prepared to cover different branches in the area as needed to meet network logistics and volume.
• Ensure understanding and processing for centralized activities per Branch Operations Centralization Projects.
