Job summary

leading-edge is seeking a Dynamic Sales Associate to drive sales in Accounting, Audit & Tax consultancy across UAE SMEs and corporates. The role requires a proven sales track record and the ability to develop long-term client relationships.

The candidate must hold a valid UAE driving license, be based in the UAE, and be prepared to work within a fast-growing consultancy environment. Budget is under AED 3000, including visa.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales and business development experience in UAE consultancy.
• Experience selling Accounting, Audit and Tax services.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across SME and corporate client segments.
• Generate and qualify leads; convert prospects into long-term clients through consultative selling.
• Manage and grow an active pipeline of Accounting, Audit, and Tax service opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the firm's growth objectives.
• Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
