Job summary

DataScience LLC is seeking a Presales Engineer with a strong technical and software background to support sales, product, and engineering teams. You will understand customer requirements, present tailored solutions, and demonstrate capabilities to drive deals.

The role emphasizes designing scalable software solutions, delivering technical demos, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments and customer adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computerscience, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with software development methodologies, systems architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
• At least 3–4 years in presales or technical consulting, preferably in software/tech.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to explain complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with customer concerns.
• Sales acumen for customer-facing environments, delivering value-driven solutions.
• Cloud certifications or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers during presales with sales
• Solution Design: Design and propose software solutions matching customer needs
• Technical Presentations & Demos: Lead presentations and POC sessions for capabilities
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product features and trends
• Documentation & Proposals: Assist in technical proposals and RFP responses
• Collaboration: Relay customer feedback to product and development teams
• Customer Training & Support: Provide training and guidance during implementation
• Pre-sales Support: Contribute to bid reviews and sales activities
