ADG is seeking a Customer Engineer who operates at the intersection of enterprise cloud architecture, strategic consulting, and pre-sales. You will own the technical relationship across the customer lifecycle, translating business problems into scalable cloud solutions and guiding proposals and demonstrations.

• Experience leading technical discovery and whiteboarding sessions.
• Ability to design and size cloud architectures for multi-cloud or hybrid environments.
• Proficiency in building PoCs and automated deployment templates, with demonstrable results.

Mansioni

• Lead technical discovery and whiteboarding with customers.
• Design and build rapid prototypes and PoCs to validate requirements.
• Own technical responses for RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and tenders with BOMs and roadmaps.
• Develop multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud architectures and modernization strategies.
• Facilitate architectural reviews and executive briefings with stakeholders.
• Coordinate handoff to delivery teams with pricing and SOW alignment.
