ADG is seeking a Customer Engineer to act as a premier technical authority across enterprise cloud architecture, consulting, and pre‑sales. You will own technical relationships with clients through discovery, architecture validation, and commercial closures, translating complex problems into scalable cloud solutions.

You will lead end-to-end pre-sales, develop PoCs, instruct on sizing and pricing, and collaborate with Technical Sales and Delivery to guide executives and engineering teams through

Competenze

• Active cloud architect or engineering certification with major hyperscalers (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into cloud solutions.

Mansioni

• End-to-End Pre-Sales Execution: qualify opportunities, lead technical discovery, conduct whiteboarding, differentiate ADG's cloud capabilities.
• PoCs & Technical Prototyping: design/build rapid prototypes and reusable assets to validate requirements and win technical decisions.
• Tender & Proposal Management: lead technical authoring and architecture for RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, deliver BOMs and deployment roadmaps.
• Cloud Architecture & Strategy: formulate multi-cloud/hybrid strategies to modernize environments and unlock value.
• Customer Advisory & Workshops: facilitate architectural reviews and executive briefings with stakeholders.
• Handoff & Transition Planning: collaborate with delivery teams to package solutions into actionable delivery plans.
