Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email and digital file management.
• Strong organisation, communication, attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, learn quickly and remain calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work on-site and accommodate event schedules.
• Candidates with less experience and strong practical skills are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support project plans, timelines, task lists and event schedules.
• Request and compare supplier quotations, track costs and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate with designers on briefs, revisions, deadlines and approved artwork.
• Prepare and update Excel trackers, budgets, presentations and project documents.
• Organise quotations, designs, measurements, approvals and final files for each project.
• Coordinate with venues, suppliers and production teams to confirm event requirements.
• Attend site visits and follow up on assigned setup, installation and event-day tasks.
• Check that assigned work meets approved requirements and agreed deadlines.
• Provide progress updates and promptly report delays or issues to the Project Manager.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and documentation after each event.
