Job summary

Mackenzie Jones Middle East is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the project delivery of live events in the UAE. You will assist the project team with planning, execution and reconciliation, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

You will manage suppliers, handle administration, monitor timelines and report progress to the Senior Project Manager. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with prior events experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting project delivery in events or live productions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Projects team in executing event-related operations.
• Provide administration support to the project manager.
• Monitor timelines, budgets and contracts; report progress to Senior Project Manager.
• Coordinate logistical planning and on-day event execution.
• Liaise with suppliers and consultants; manage pre-qualification processes.
