Confidential Company seeks an Exhibition Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning and delivery of high-profile exhibitions and conferences in the region.

You will manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships, align with senior management goals, and drive cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, and operations.

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented mindset, fluency in English, and readiness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing B2B exhibitions, trade shows, or large-scale professional events.
• Strong track record in exhibitor sales, client servicing, and sponsorship acquisition.
• Solid experience in visitor marketing, including digital campaign execution and lead generation strategies.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of assigned exhibitions ensuring alignment with the strategic goals and budgets set by management.
• Lead the full exhibition cycle from concept development and planning to onsite execution and post-event evaluation.
• Collaborate with other managers and departments to support additional events and ensure a unified approach across projects.
• Design and implement effective marketing campaigns tailored to each exhibition.
• Plan and execute exhibitor promotion strategies to drive sign-ups, upselling and brand exposure.
• Lead sales efforts, secure sponsorships and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, corporate buyers and industry leaders.
• Develop and implement visitor promotion campaigns to increase awareness, engagement and footfall.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to align messaging and increase audience engagement.
• Manage digital marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, paid ads and search engine promotions.
• Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance adjusting strategies to optimize lead generation and conversion.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party service providers for seamless project execution.
• Ensure exhibitions comply with all relevant local laws and uphold the organization’s quality standards.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and other key stakeholders.
• Track project performance and milestones to evaluate the successful completion of both short-term and long-term objectives.
• Develop and implement risk management plans to address project-related challenges proactively.
• Supervise on-site production and manage all activities during event days.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, gather data and prepare reports on performance and areas for improvement.
• Create and manage detailed event budgets ensuring financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
