Job summary

Darwinbox is seeking an experienced Inside Sales SDR in Dubai to drive prospecting, qualification, and nurturing across the enterprise market. You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to demo the product and build a strong pipeline using CRM tools.

The role requires 4–8 years in B2B SaaS, fluent Arabic, and exceptional communication skills to engage with prospects and overcome objections, with a data-driven approach to hit targets.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in B2B SaaS inside sales.
• Arabic-speaking is a must.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: outbound prospecting to identify potential customers.
• Lead Qualification: research prospects and pain points.
• Lead Nurturing: engage leads across touchpoints to educate about Darwinbox.
• Value Demonstrations: coordinate product demos with sales.
• CRM Hygiene Management: maintain accurate lead and opportunity data.
• Deal Closure Push: collaborate to close deals.
• Metrics Tracking: monitor pipeline value and win rates.
