Job summary

Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a dynamic Waiter/Waitress for our All Day Dining Restaurant. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, taking accurate orders, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of All-Day Dining experience, strong F&B knowledge, and excellent teamwork skills. You will help guests enjoy a memorable dining experience while upholding hygiene and service quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs and remain courteous at all times.
• Minimum 1 year experience in All-Day Dining operations.
• Strong F&B product knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Take orders accurately and relay to kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly per service standards.
• Ensure tables are set, cleaned, and maintained during service.
• Handle inquiries and requests, escalating when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, allergens, and operations.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately.
• Support colleagues during peak periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and prep readiness.

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our busy All Day Dining Restaurant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service.

What You Will Be Doing

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Take guest orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages promptly according to established service standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and maintained throughout service periods.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints efficiently, escalating concerns when necessary.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, promotions, allergens, and outlet operations.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately.
• Support colleagues during peak meal periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Follow all hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and ensure the restaurant is ready for service at all times.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Should have min. 1 year experience in All-Day Dining operations
• Should have a strong F&B Product Knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
